Message to the Parents:
Before we begin addressing the needs we see for young girls, we want to first address the needs of the parents.
Our mission is to provide an educational, moral, diverse and fun entertainment for pre-teen girls. As mothers ourselves, we are concerned at the types of influences available and we want to encourage girls to explore their talents, be themselves and live in the moment. Kids are growing up too fast and there is no reason for it, they are being encouraged to dress and wear make-up like adults when they haven’t even hit puberty yet!
Girls Choice Magazine will provide a variety of features such as sports, entertainment, academics, humor, nutrition and literacy. We have a panel of girls that will contribute towards the content and help us keep it age appropriate.
Do you remember when your daughter first got into the, “why” stage? We want to answer the, “why” for them because we believe that in order for girls to make good choices they need to understand the reason one decision may be good while another may not be so good. They are more likely to make a good choice if they are informed.
